Dr. Garrett de Jong is located at 35 Beechwood Avenue, in the beautiful community of New Edinburgh, Ottawa.

Assessments consist of an in-depth and thorough 1 hour appointment. They include a detailed history and physical evaluation.

Treatment consists of manual therapy such as active release therapy, instrument assisted care, adjustments and acupuncture. Additionally, active care includes physical rehab exercises, injury prevention exercises, strength and mobility exercises.

Telehealth Chiro/rehab

Done from the comfort of your home. No equipment necessary. A thorough history and physical examination will be performed. Sessions will consist of guiding clients through individualized exercises to address dysfunction and strategies to empower clients to address key lifestyle aspects.

Dr. Garrett de Jong
(He/Him/His) Chiropractor

A graduate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Garrett blends his experience as an elite runner and triathlete with his extensive knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation to provide a thorough approach to therapy. Garrett’s journey into chiropractic began while competing as an elite triathlete and varsity runner during his undergrad studying Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.

Boasting personal bests of 14:54 in the 5k, 31:06 in the 10k, 1:10:16 for the half marathon and 2:39 for the marathon. Garrett brings a wealth of running knowledge to his practice. Along with his chiropractic work, Garrett coaches runners and triathletes of all abilities.
